What we keep

We keep account and profile details, city or optional precise location, listings and photos, swipes, matches, messages, reports, support conversations, and subscription records needed to operate troqi.

Why we use it

We use this data to show relevant listings, enable matches and messages, prevent abuse, investigate reports, support your account, and manage optional Pro access.

Services we rely on

troqi uses Neon for database hosting, Cloudflare R2 for images, Resend for account and notification email, Stripe for optional Pro billing, and Vercel for application hosting.

Retention and your control

We retain information while your account is active and as needed for safety, dispute, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations. You can update your profile, remove active listings, or delete your account in Settings.

Questions and requests

Email support@troqi.ma to ask about your information, correction, deletion, or another privacy concern. We may need to verify that the account is yours before fulfilling a request.

Alpha-test analytics

We measure page visits, device/browser type, referring domains, coarse country, engagement, click positions, scroll depth, form attempts and browser performance/errors to improve troqi. Random browser identifiers last up to 90 days. We do not collect form values, passwords, messages, full URLs, IP addresses or screen recordings through this tracking. Observations older than 90 days are cleaned up with incoming traffic and by a daily job when configured. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected.
